OnePlus One Review

Firstly an apology for writing in so late, secondly I’ve been busy with college admissions and results.Yeah you got it right we have to study also!

This whole month has been great for manufacturers, especially Motorola with their MotoE and MotoG series storming Indian markets and taking on Samsung hard…believe me very hard. Well hands down on Samsung models but the configuration that the MotoE is offering for its price range…it’s a STEAL!! But if you’re still not sure whether to buy it or not then I’ll give you the perfect solution of hitting YouTube because it has been flooded with its reviews.

Now, how many of you out there have heard of the Chinese brand “OnePlus”…ring a bell?? Well not much of a shame if u haven’t because I myself tripped on it accidently but boy I was glad to find out what I did…and here’s a quick hint to what is in store for you-“I know you can’t buy Samsung Galaxy S5 right now because your pocket money is finished…and you definetly can’t wait another ten years for it believe me it would be out of stock by then. But,what you can do is look at this baby right here and tell your parents that you have fallen in love. Of course no trust issue there right?

Coming to what the hype is all about. The Chinese manufacturer has come out with a beast…yes you heard right “a beast” of a Smartphone at an unbelievable price. The name’s “ONE”.

The One offers some extraordinary features for its price range which you will definitely love .It is capable of operating on all the G’s that are available today, I mean 2G 3G and the Indian dream 4G.But it’s a single micro sim phone. It weigh’s around 162 grams so you don’t need to be a bodybuilder to carry it. Now, the fun part. It has got an IPS LCD capacitive touch screen with 16million colors with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and a 5.5 inch screen(401 ppi pixel density). It supports multitouch..Well it’s a basic it should.

It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3(really tough) and CyanogenMod 11S which makes it distinguishable…very very. It is available in two variants till now that is with two memory options of 16 GB and 64 GB with a whooping 3 GB RAM. it has GPRS,EDGE,Wi-Fi,Wi-Fi Direct,DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) ,Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1,  and NFC(Near Field Communication).

It has got micro-usb,usb-2.0,usb-on-the-go,usb host and all the types of USB’S you can think of.
Moving on to the camera, it takes crisp images and shoots in full HD..Already impressed ? Well read the specs too.

It sports a 13MP came with a resolution of 4128×3096 pixels with autofocus to boast about. It has a Dual-LED flash rigged with it so you can get the cleanest images even at night. It also comes with geo=-tagging, touch focus, face detection,Panorama.and HDR.The secondary camera doesn’t disappoint you with its 5MP 1080p recording at 30fps.

And now you’ll see exactly how fast it is , ready?

Its heart is a Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 Quad-core processor with 2.5GHz.It runs on the latest Android OS,v4.4.2(Kit Kat).It also has accelerometer, gyro sensor, proximity sensor and a compass…You could get lost. It is a java enabled phone so its hassle free and has active noise-cancellation built in for a smooth and crisp conversation. Now,a phone this powerful needs a very good power source and the Chinese manufacturer doesn’t disappoint us at all in this too. It is powered by a 3100mAh non-removable battery to give you ample of time for fun and play plus productivity.

Now you must be wondering how much will this cost you 25grand ? Well here’s a cool drink for you before you scream you’re head off. It’s just 18000INR YES!!!.
